These terms of service apply to the use of the platform Khatma Together, operated by Ahmet Devrim, Kölner Str. 369, 40227 Düsseldorf, Germany.
Service Description
Khatma Together is a free platform for communal Quran reading (Hatim). The platform enables creating, joining, and managing Hatims.
User Obligations
Users agree not to use the platform for unlawful purposes, not to publish offensive or inappropriate content, and to respect the rights of other users.
Beta Notice
The platform is currently in beta. Data loss, feature changes, or temporary outages may occur. No guarantee is provided for the availability or completeness of data.
Limitation of Liability
Use of the platform is at your own risk. The operator is not liable for damages arising from the use of the platform, unless intentional or grossly negligent conduct is involved.
Termination
Users can delete their account at any time. The operator reserves the right to suspend or delete accounts in case of violation of these terms.
Applicable Law
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
Changes
The operator reserves the right to change these terms of service at any time. Changes will be announced on the platform.
